Due to the nature of our products, which are classified as personal care and hygiene items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, used, or delivered.
This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product integrity for all our customers.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@shopcerta.com
To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Please note that we cannot process requests without photo evidence or if the request is made after the 48-hour window.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, all toothbrushes are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
